There are several reasons why you might have trouble connecting. This topic covers various troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue.
After each step, check if the issue still remains.
- Try different server locations, certain locations might offer a more stable connection than others.
- If your router's IP address changes, the service will stop working. This is because we rely on your external IP address (WAN) for authentication. If there’s an issue please go to your control panel, which will re-register your external IP. You can do this from any device on your home network (PC, Mac, SmartTV, browser extension, etc.). Our system will automatically refresh your new IP in our database and your DNS will work again.
- Restart your TV (sometimes restarting your device will do the trick).
- To determine if this problem occurs only on the current network, check if the same problem persists when connecting to other networks as well.
